Vial Note collects the information you submit through our interest forms, such as your name, email, WeChat ID if provided, phone number if provided, city/state, scent preferences, selected fragrances, gift pack preference, and notes.
We use this information to understand member interests, respond to requests, manage group split interests, contact you when there may be a matching option, and manage WeChat group invitations if you request to join. If you submit only the complete scent list download form, your name and email are used to provide access to the current list; that form does not subscribe you to Vial Note scent updates.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not collect payment card information on this website. No payment is collected on this website.
You may contact us at hellovialnote@gmail.com to ask us to update or remove your information from our active interest list.
