Interest form only. Submitting a Vial Note form does not create an order, reserve inventory, or require payment.
In-stock scent list. Listed prices are for 10ml vial options unless otherwise noted. Continental U.S. shipping is free on fragrance subtotals over $35; otherwise a flat $5 shipping fee applies. Availability and final details are confirmed case by case before any payment request.
Authentic sourcing. Vial Note only proceeds when we believe the fragrance can be obtained through appropriate authentic retail or trusted supplier channels.
Supplier privacy. To protect supplier privacy, Vial Note does not publicly disclose detailed purchase channels, supplier information, or internal cost records.
No payment on this website. Vial Note currently does not collect payment information or process checkout on this website.
Independent site. Vial Note is an independent fragrance interest list and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any fragrance brand. Brand names are used only to identify fragrance interests.
Shipping. Alcohol-based fragrances are shipped by ground service only. Current shipping offer applies to the continental U.S.: free shipping on fragrance subtotals over $35, otherwise $5 flat. We do not offer international shipping for alcohol-based fragrances.

Because fragrance samples and travel-size fragrance items are personal-use products, all sales are generally final after shipment.
We may offer a replacement, credit, or refund only if one of the following issues is reported within 3 calendar days after delivery: the wrong item was shipped, the item arrived seriously damaged, there is significant leakage caused by packaging or transit, or the item is materially different from what was confirmed before shipment.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for scent preference, buyer’s remorse, personal sensitivity or allergy, dislike after testing, incorrect address provided by the customer, missed delivery, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.

如出现发错商品、运输中严重破损、因包装或运输导致明显漏液，或实物与发货前确认的信息存在重大不符，请在签收后 3 个自然日内联系我们。
以下情况不接受退换：不喜欢香味、个人原因改变主意、个人敏感或过敏反应、试闻后不满意、客户填写地址错误、错过派送、物流显示已送达但客户未收到。
