Interest form only. Submitting a Vial Note form does not create an order, reserve inventory, or require payment.
Group split interest. A group split request usually moves to the confirmation stage when 4 or more members show interest, or when the total requested volume reaches around 40ml. Open group split interests may be updated from time to time based on member-submitted interest vials.
Before any final confirmation, Vial Note will review availability and confirm the final fragrance, vial size, estimated price, timeline, and eligible shipping details. We only proceed when we believe the fragrance can be obtained through appropriate authentic retail or trusted channels. For group split requests, 10ml and 15ml are generally recommended; a 5ml vial may be available for first-time trial or higher-cost fragrances, depending on the specific split.
Supplier privacy. To protect supplier privacy, Vial Note does not publicly disclose detailed purchase channels, supplier information, or internal cost records. We confirm the final fragrance, vial size, price, timeline, and shipping details before any member chooses to proceed.
No payment on this website. Vial Note currently does not collect payment information or process checkout on this website.
Independent site. Vial Note is an independent fragrance interest list and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any fragrance brand. Brand names are used only to identify fragrance interests.
Shipping. Alcohol-based fragrances are eligible only for U.S. domestic ground shipping where allowed. We do not offer international shipping for alcohol-based fragrances.

供应渠道隐私。 为保护供应渠道隐私，Vial Note 不公开披露具体采购渠道、供应方信息或内部成本记录。我们会在任何会员选择继续参加前，确认最终香水、分装规格、价格、时间安排和配送信息。
本网站暂不收款。 Vial Note 目前不会在本网站收集付款信息或处理 checkout。
独立网站。 Vial Note 是独立的香水兴趣清单，并非任何香水品牌的官方、赞助或授权网站。品牌名称仅用于识别会员感兴趣的香水。
配送。 含酒精香水仅在符合条件的情况下使用美国境内地面运输。我们不提供含酒精香水的国际邮寄。
Return & support policy

Because fragrance samples and travel-size fragrance items are personal-use products, all sales are generally final after shipment.
We may offer a replacement, credit, or refund only if one of the following issues is reported within 3 calendar days after delivery: the wrong item was shipped, the item arrived seriously damaged, there is significant leakage caused by packaging or transit, or the item is materially different from what was confirmed before shipment.
To request support, please contact us within 3 calendar days and provide clear photos or video of the shipping package, product, label, leakage or damage, and your order confirmation.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for scent preference, buyer’s remorse, personal sensitivity or allergy, dislike after testing, incorrect address provided by the customer, missed delivery, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.
If a return is approved, the item must not be further used, altered, or transferred. We will confirm the next step case by case.

由于香水小样和旅行装属于个人使用类产品，发货后原则上不接受无理由退换。
如出现以下情况，请在签收后 3 个自然日内联系我们，我们会根据情况提供补发、credit 或退款处理：发错商品、运输中严重破损、因包装或运输导致明显漏液，或实物与发货前确认的信息存在重大不符。
申请处理时，请在 3 个自然日内联系我们，并提供清晰照片或视频，包括外包装、产品、标签、漏液或破损位置，以及订单确认记录。
以下情况不接受退换：不喜欢香味、个人原因改变主意、个人敏感或过敏反应、试闻后不满意、客户填写地址错误、错过派送、物流显示已送达但客户未收到。
如退换申请获批，商品不得继续使用、转让或人为改变状态。具体处理方式将根据个案确认。
